🏡 Building The School of Authentic Leadership & Storytelling: a creative writing program for teens.
✍️ Writing ‘Be Well, Man’: an online publication focused on men’s emotional and spiritual well-being.
🚀 Coaching & Facilitation: partnering with individuals and groups to create clarity, direction, and meaningful action.
2020-2024:
🍎 Developed a Montessori adolescent program in Austin, TX.
📚 Coached 500+ people through the journey of writing and publishing their first book.
🙏 Ran workshops, leadership programs, men’s circles, and writing groups across diverse communities.
2015-2020:
🌴 Co-founded Startup Island with my childhood homie, Brian Helfman. We hosted retreats, online programs, and facilitated workshops across university campuses designed to help college students and young professionals become the CEO of their lives.
⚡️ The community grew, the program evolved, and the mission lives on today through Third Nature.

THE HUMAN BEING:
Some of the places I be include bookstores, breweries, hiking trails, meditation cushions, tennis courts, the couch, and around dinner tables or campfires with chosen family.
I tend to enjoy settings where there are more trees and/or books than people.
My sanctuary of sanctuaries is an empty basketball court. Until my body says otherwise, I’ll be out there pretending to be Jordan or Kobe, down one, clock ticking, five seconds left.
